Our Journey

What began as a family's pursuit of comfortable outdoor living sparked a legacy of unrestricted, year-round use of space.

1984

When Veli wanted a pool in Northwest Indiana, the weather didn't allow for year round swimming. After checking Thomas Register, noting no manufacturer existed, the Porta-Dome was born. Veli designed and created the first prototype of a convertible accordion style enclosure.

1990

After the evolution of Porta-Dome, Tele-Dome design began and the retractable, telescoping enclosure began.

2004

Cihan decided to join alongside Veli in fully developing the design to ultimately become DynaDome and introduce the engineered quality and precision that is today's staple at DynaDome.

Today

Now led by Cihan Ozdemir, DynaDome continues to grow as the global standard for quality, precision, and innovation in retractable enclosures.
